About
Inspire IT Solutions builds production AI agents for data-centric enterprises and federal agencies. We exist now because foundation models and agent frameworks have crossed a threshold: workflows that took a six-person consulting team a year can be delivered by a small senior team and a fleet of supervised agents in weeks. Most organizations don't yet have the internal staffing, the vendor relationships, or the playbook to take advantage of that — we do.
Our approach
Senior data and platform architects pair with AI agents to design, build, evaluate, and operate the system. A two- or three-person engagement supervising agents ships what used to require a staffed practice. Every agent we deliver has an evaluation harness with regression tests against historical cases, observable execution traces, and explicit human-in-the-loop escalation paths — because production work in regulated industries fails on the absence of those, not on model quality. We work the same way for federal customers as we do for commercial: written scope, acceptance criteria, fixed timeline.
What makes us different
- SBA 8(a) certified — eligible for sole-source awards up to the FAR threshold, prime on competitive set-asides, sub on larger vehicles.
- Agent-native delivery — agents are how we build, not a layer we sell on top of a traditional staffing engagement.
- Regulated-industry past performance — CCAR edit checks at Bank of the West, metadata governance at Toyota Financial Services, data quality at Sherwin-Williams and MUFG Union Bank.
- Written scope on every engagement — acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts, not negotiated at the end.
- No open-ended T&M — fixed timelines (2, 4–6, or 8–12 weeks), fixed deliverables, fixed exit.
Where to go next
- Services — the three engagement shapes (Discovery Sprint, Single Agent Build, Agent Pod).
- Federal — credentials, NAICS, contract vehicles, and capability briefing requests.
- Past Performance — detailed engagement profiles for prior clients.
